First session: Healthy eating weight loss evaluation, smart goal form, client agreement, yogafit session. Second session: Food journal, food pyramid, wheel of integrated nutrition, shop together, yogafit session. Third session: My healthy eating plan, cooking session, yogafit session. (First 3 sessions 1 hour each) Additional sessions: Goal maintenance, meal planning, how to read food labels, wellness tips, portion control and more, yoga (half hour).
