The Plan?
It can be difficult to always eat healthy when dealing with everyday stressors. Sometimes convienience is just easier. So I thought this would be a great way to help people get healthy and feel great!
Don't be too hard on yourself, it's a journey and there will be bumps along the way but I can help get through. You may "fall off the wagon" like I have so many times over the last year and a half. Be kind to yourself and start fresh the next day!
I want to share the information I've learned over the last 2 years and help others feel great. I want to show people just how great they can feel.
I eat as well as I can after my diagnosis of MS but there are things that I haven't been able to do because I'm on a budget (special vitamins etc..). I also have to go overboard because I'm on a healing diet, so I'm eating at least 9 cups of vegetables per day. You will find that once you are not eating all of the processed foods, that it evens out in the end.
Following strict diets and learning all about health took a long time to get the hang of (and I'm always learning of course!).....It made me think. I wish I had someone coaching me along the way!
I know eating healthy can be more expensive. There are better options out there for you. So I will share tips on how to make better choices on a budget on my FB page
Doesn't it just make sense that if we give our body the nutrients it needs it will function optimally?!
I want to help people believe in themselves! I know how it feels to not believe in yourself. I never would have imagined that I could do this!
