Service Description

Are you ready to jump right in? For 1 month I will provide 7 days worth of meals and snacks at a time. I will shop with you or for you. Includes: assessment, goal setting, wellness tips, yogafit, cooking with you, meeting twice per week. Pay one month at a time (16 hours).
